Order and Delivery

What is the lead time for my order?

Your custom garments typically take:

  • 3.5 to 4 weeks: Shirts, Shorts, and Trousers
  • 4 to 4.5 weeks: Outerwear
  • 4 to 6 weeks: Trial Jacket
  • 6 to 8 weeks: Jacket

Once your order is ready, delivery times vary by region:

  • 3 to 5 business days: Most Asian cities
  • 4 to 7 business days: Most US and European cities
  • 6 to 10 business days: Most Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and Latin American cities

Please note that while we strive to deliver your clothes as quickly as possible, we prioritize quality over speed. We do not accept rush orders as they may compromise our rigorous quality control standards.

How long does it take to make a custom shirt or trouser?

Standard, casual wash, and non-iron shirts typically take 12-14 days for production and delivery. Please note that the estimated delivery time at checkout is accurate or slightly conservative.

How long does it take to have custom-tailored suits and jackets, or trousers made?

Tailored garments such as suits, jackets, and dress pants typically require three to four weeks for production and delivery.

How do I track an existing order?

To track your order, log into your account and visit the Order History page. Once your order ships, you'll find a tracking link in the order details.

Customization and Fit

Can I custom order clothes online?

Absolutely!

Discover our extensive collection of customizable clothing, featuring shirts, trousers, shorts, outerwear, and jackets. Create your unique style by selecting your preferred fabrics, fits, and measurements.

While our custom clothing offers a high level of personalization, it's important to note that we also specialize in bespoke. If your requirements demand the utmost exclusivity and intricate details, we're happy to take it up as well.

Need assistance? Our expert team is ready to guide you through the process and ensure precision.

Request for a mock fit at an additional charge if you would like to try a test fit before you use your fabric selected.

Across my orders, how do you ensure that my measurements are consistent?

We maintain meticulous records of your measurements to ensure consistent fit across all your orders.

If you did not order a trial garment for your initial order and wish to place a subsequent order, please contact us so that we may reconfirm and update your measurements.

As our garments are hand-crafted, slight variations in final measurements may occasionally occur. Rest assured, we meticulously inspect each garment to verify that any variations fall within our strict tolerance levels before shipment.

Can I change any details of my order after it is placed?

Once your order is processed, changes cannot be made to avoid affecting production and quality control.

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may accommodate changes for an amount. However, we cannot guarantee successful implementation due to complex production processes. If changes are not made, we will refund the fee.

Please note that trial fabric is immediately cut and set aside, preventing fabric shortages. Therefore, fabric changes for items are not possible.

Can I take my measurements in person?

Yes you can.

I like this garment as pictured, but I wish to change the design slightly. Are your suits and jackets customizable?

Absolutely! Just click the "Customise" button next to the size selection on the product page.

You can then modify lapel shape, construction style, buttons, vents, lining, cuffs, hems, tuxedo styling, and more!

In-Store Services

I don’t see an available appointment for my desired time/today, can I walk in?

To ensure we can provide the best service, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Custom clothing consultations require significant time and attention, and our daily availability is limited. Walk-in customers may experience long wait times or be asked to reschedule.

What should I bring to my appointment?

If you are coming in for measurements please wear a well fitted shirt and trousers.

For your initial fitting bring a pair of shoes you intend to wear with the clothes.

If you're seeking advice or adjustments to your custom size, bring your latest Gatsby items as reference.

Can you host wedding parties/groups/events?

Ofcourse!

We offer custom shirts, suits, and tuxedos for you and your groomsmen, both in-store and through virtual consultations.

Post-Purchase Services

I just received my first suit/jacket/pants and need some alterations. How do I get help?

We can assist with alterations in several ways.

Option 1: Local Tailor Have your local tailor make adjustments or help you find a local tailor in your neighbourhood.

Option 2: Fit Advice If you're unsure about necessary changes, submit a Fit Advice Request for guidance.

Option 3: Alter or Remake at an additional charge- If you know the specific adjustments, initiate an alteration request and send us back your garment. Modify size, style, and shipping address as needed.

Option 4: Credit note Return the tailored clothing for a credit note with the brand.

How long will tailoring adjustments take to complete?

Typically, alterations made at our showrooms take 2 weeks. We'll let you know by email when your items are ready for pickup.
