Most Gatsby products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions

Personalized and made-to-measure items are not eligible for return.

Pack your return

• Place items in original packaging (if available).
• Securely pack them in the original shipping box.

Return the package

• Ship it to our store
• Take the items to any Gatsby store (if applicable)
  

• Gatsby will inspect returned items.
• If the items meet return conditions, you'll receive a full refund.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method in the same currency.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
• You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
